Our role starts long before the draft. We actively gather personalised feedback from clubs, coaches and recruiting managers. This information will help you improve your game, correct perceptions and add critical elements to your game which is invaluable leading into the draft and state screenings.
We will then assist you to make the challenging transition into the AFL, including moving out of home, finding a car and establishing bank accounts as needed.
As you progress through your career we will help you meet the many challenges you will face, including getting redrafted if you are delisted, or finding another club if required. Financial planning, investment advice and career counselling is also provided.
Finally we will be there to help you transition out of the AFL, when the time comes, and into an exciting and fulfilling life after football.
