Ed Langdon became a Demon during the 2019 AFL Trade Period, as Melbourne exchanged picks with the Dockers.
In a great deal for the red and blue, Langdon, along with pick No.26, landed at the club, with pick No.22, 79 and a future second-round selection being sent west.
Langdon arrives at Melbourne with 68 games under his belt, having played for Fremantle over the past five seasons.
The hard-running wingman has placed in the top-five of Fremantle’s Best and Fairest Award in the past two years and will be a welcome addition to the Melbourne midfield.
The brother of Collingwood’s Tom Langdon was initially drafted with pick No.54 in the 2014 National Draft and proved he’s a quality footballer in 2019, averaging 25 disposals from his 22 games.
